3. Subject and Commercial Nature

The subject of this form is the general information regarding the sale and delivery of the products or custom designs ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller's website at www.sunumestore.com.

The Buyer acknowledges that the products or custom designs requested under the order shall be used exclusively for commercial, occupational, and/or research purposes. The transaction subject to the agreement is a commercial sale, and commercial provisions shall apply between the parties. The Buyer shall not be considered a consumer within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Consumer Numbered 6502, and the provisions of this Law shall not apply to the commercial relations between the Parties.

4. Product and Price Information

The type, quantity, and total sales price (including all taxes) of the products subject to the order are as specified in the order summary on the Seller's website and the invoice issued to the Buyer.

5. Payment and Shipment

Payment Method: The Buyer is obliged to pay the order amount through one of the payment methods provided by the Seller and specified on the website.

Delivery: The products shall be shipped to the delivery address specified by the Buyer in the order form through the carrier company determined within the framework of the Seller's shipment policy.

The shipment schedule will be confirmed by the Seller.

6. General Provisions

The Buyer declares that they have preliminary information about the basic characteristics and price of the product on the website and have provided the necessary confirmation in the electronic environment.

The title to the products shall remain with the Seller until the Seller has received payment in full for the order.

The Buyer is obliged to examine the delivered products within the designated periods and notify the Seller of any defects.
